  We were in the market for a new HVAC system and received quotes from several companies. Coastal was very responsive in sending us what we asked for in terms of quotes and Dale was very courteous and helpful. They came to our home very quickly once we asked for a quote and just as quick once we chose them for the new system. Their responsiveness was amazing. The team who came to install our new system were great as well! They were all very careful and courteous in all they did. They ran a test before leaving to be sure all was working well and showed us how to use the new thermostat they installed. All in all, we are very pleased with our experience and highly recommend Coastal.

  My AC system is less than 4 years old and we've had several issues since install (which was done by another company). Several parts have failed and soldering was not done properly at install. Coastal Air has helped us two years in a row in replacing those parts and fixing the soldering and I am extremely pleased with their service. They were fair in pricing, very professional, and timely in response and service. I was nervous I would have to suffer through the heat of the summer until someone could come out and fix it, but they were able to schedule us in like the next day! I would use this company again and this is a company I trust.

  I enjoyed meeting and talking with Dale initially to get a quote on a new HVAC system for my mother-in-law. I was very impressed with the crew that came to do the installation. Zack, Tommy, Todd, and Gavin did an excellent job with the installation, kept the work area clean inside and out, and were very pleasant and helpful with questions we had.
