  Big Shout Out To Excel!!!💖❤♥️💓💞 Last week my AIR CONDITIONER went out!!!🥵🥵 I called Excel but at the time he was booked, of course, this time of year. My Son tried and wasn't able to fix it. But Thank Heaven for Excel!!🥰😍❤ They called the next morning and found that it wasn't fixed yet, so he came out that evening, after hours, and fixed it. 😂😊☺😄 I've used him before and will always continue to do so. THANK YOU FOR YOUR EXCELLENT SERVICE AND FINDING TIME IN YOUR BUSY SCHEDULE TO FIX MY AC. My 74 year old mother and dogs and cats are great full and so am I.

  I paid $460.00 to this company for work that was NOT completed to my (The customer), satisfaction! Very Rude customer Service. The Technician came to my home Several times, but the issue with my Heat & Air has not been resolved. I have to Manually turn the heat and air on and off! I paid them $460.00 in good faith, thinking it was working correctly. It Definitely is NOT! I complained to the Technician the last time he came to my home that it was not working properly & he Slammed out of my back door, almost breaking my mini blinds on the door!! I wouldn't recommend this company to ANYONE!!

  Terrible customer service! My mom who is 75 and is on oxygen because of copd and it's hot summer is told can't find your file and not sure when they can come out to fix her broken system.
