  Preston Fergus, Modern Comfort Service Manager, is the gold standard against which all Service Managers should be measured. He is knowledgeable, capable, friendly and determined. We had an issue with what appears to be an overuse of oil. At my request, he came out and conducted a thorough analysis of the system at no charge. He checked thermostats, zones, sized and bled radiators, checked boiler efficiency, oil tanks and meters and left no stone unturned. He even obtained degree day comparisons with this time last year (shout out to Joel Pagan for his help with this)! In my 71 years, I have rarely come across others who work harder than I do to resolve my problems. Preston is one of those few. Modern Comfort is to be congratulated for having someone of Preston's caliber in their employ.
