  I was very impressed by the professionalism that I received over the phone while trying to get someone out to fix my heating. They were able to get someone to my place the same day. Charles was very professional and informative and helped tremendously. The thing I found most impressive is once he figured out the problem he went back and double checked to make sure that was it and nothing else. I highly recommend and will definitely be using them again if the need arises.

  While I've had a system installed and both my systems maintained by Mitchell, today I am most impressed by the integrity and professionalism of their staff. I called for a repair and was told a tech would arrive by the end of the day. When no one showed up, I called and found that the tech had missed the assignment and mistakenly gone home. To my relief, rather than telling me I'd have to wait, he left home and came to make the repair! I am very grateful and will continue to recommend Mitchell as eagerly as the company was recommended to me!

  Came out at 9:00 pm to repair oil furnace in very cold temperatures! Richard Cash was extremely professional and knowledgeable of this type of furnace. Had it up and going in an hour. We were very happy with his performance and would highly recommend this company to anyone.
