  We had a mini split installed in a bonus room above our detached garage. I cannot speak well enough for the work that was done. Customer service goes a long way but when the owner of the company is there to oversee everything from start to finish, that (to me) speaks volumes on the dedication they have to customer satisfaction. I love the work, how quickly it was done and how professional and friendly they were. We definitely recommend!

  I've been a homeowner for almost 16 years, and that's just about how long I've been depending on Carolina Air Services for all my HVAC needs. Tracy Wood and his team have never really tried to sell me anything. They took care of my existing, ailing unit as if it was a state-of-the-art, updated machine, so when it was finally time to replace my system, who else would I trust?! Wood and his team are professional, skilled, practical and responsive. They go above and beyond to deliver quality service. I recommend Carolina Air Services with no reservation or hesitation. If you want not just the BEST in the business but also the NICEST, there no need to look any further.

  My mom's A/C went out on a Thursday night. I called and left a message. Blake called me back in about 40 minutes. Within a half hour he was at my mom's house. He determined she needed freon which definitely fixed the problem. He was prompt, very courteous and informative. She probably has a slow leak in the coil, which was rusty and will probably need to be replaced eventually. We were just glad to get her air running again! Our whole family uses Carolina AC. I highly recommend!
