  Our hot water heater went out on Friday morning. Hoff examined Friday night, was able to secure a new hot water heater and installed it Sunday morning. Their service was professional, courteous, on time all at a completely fair price. Would unquestioningly use them again and highly recommend them to others.

  My home warranty company assigned Hoff for my service call for a plumbing issue and I can't say enough about the excellent service I received! Azzi is very professional and knowledgeable as well as pleasant. I highly recommend him!

  Like other reviews, no receipt was ever given. Says they fixed the AC unit but wouldn't tell me what was exactly wrong with it nor what they did to correct it. Breaks within a few days afterwards and I contacted them to which they tell me it is a whole other issue not related to the one they suposedly fixed.

  I am so sorry to hear this happened to you. Just to clear this situation up, we fixed the AC unit, not the heat back, on august 27th, 2021. We did give you a 30 day free warranty for the part and labor but now we are in January. If you have any questions feel free to contact us at anytime. Thank you.
