Tilton came and hooked PVC run from the street to old construction copper. Had to make an adapter work and got our water working after the irrigation pipe that was replaced by PVC with an emergency repair let loose. Fixed it quick and for a very fair price. Much less expensive than others had estimated.

Over priced , they charge for travel and 140$ an hour . Also charge a 3.5% fee for paying with a card. They was at my house for an 1 1/2 and my bill was 280 for labor , 20$ for a part and 35$ card fee to clean the aerator in my kitchen sink and bathroom sinks , and a bathtub stem . Also left my shower with a constant drip that wasn’t there before . I called and told them about it, and they said they would have someone call me back . That was about to weeks ago and no call . Have to call the BBB

This review is unfortunate as we always go out of our way for our customers. We are a small family owned business and are therefore dependent on our reputation for top end customer service and care, so we always feel the need to respond to these types of potentially damaging reviews. Our pricing is openly available to anyone who calls and it is in line with other reputable plumbing companies in the area. There are no hidden fees or costs of any kind. This makes the pricing complaint here very puzzling. We charged this customer per these standard rates. The particular circumstance here was a request to repair a cheaply made faucet. The customer was informed a new faucet would be needed due to the fact those types of faucets cannot be fixed in any meaningful way and the customer stated he did not want to go that route at this time. This was all discussed onsite and the customer seemed happy and wanted to wait for us to give him a price on a new one. This is why the faucet was still leaking as was explained and understood at this point by all involved. We received a call from this customer per our call ID, however for reasons unknown they stated that they were someone else and asked about pricing for a different scenario. Then we did not hear back from the customer until this review was posted. It is always a pressing issue with this company when a customer is unhappy, and we will always do what is necessary to make it right. However we are unsure what could have been done in this case. In the end we stand by our stellar reputation in our reviews and with the BBB, which have both been consistent for the 12 years we have been in business.
