  I've used Southern Air for over 5 years, and they've consistently been excellent. My heating system was acting up this week, turning off after only a few minutes, only to turn on again and repeat the process. Southern Air was able to respond same day. The technician, James Spearman, was able to diagnose the problem within a few minutes, and have it running properly in no time. He was able to explain what needed to happen, gave some info on how to avoid the same problem in the future, and suggested a maintenance schedule to ensure the system stays at 100%. Excellent communication, superb professionalism, and fast work. And on top of that, a genuinely nice guy. Fast response, quality work, good price, friendly and knowledgeable techs - 5 stars.

  I am very happy with all aspects of my interaction with Southern Air. Everything went smoothly and was handled professionally - from scheduling the service, to the initial diagnostics and ultimately the instrument repair. Southern Air sent me a notification when the service tech was on the way to my house, which also contained a photo of the service technician. Mike (the service tech) was on time, identified the problem rapidly (the gas valve on my heater malfunctioned) and replaced the part once it was received from the manufacturer. This is a top notch company and I highly recommend them.

  Insulation was also blown in to a depth of 6”. Very pleased with their service. The gentlemen involved were all very courteous and knowledgeable of their task. Have also had the pleasure of using This company for their plumbing services. I’d rate this company five star easily!
