My heater broke down, and after diagnosing myself I found out the control board was fried. Called them to see if they have the parts, and the person on the phone kept trying to score by sending me a technician to look at it when I've already diagnosed and she said we might have the part "but I'm not sure but we can send someone to take a look at for you". I bought two space heaters to keep my family warm and ordered the parts over night.

Hello Omid, We are not a parts store unfortunately, we provide a service. Sorry that we were unable to help you in your situation. We also like to diagnose the units ourselves to verify what is actually wrong with the system, as we are trained to do so. We hope that you will give us another shot in the future when you are looking for HVAC services.

I want to shout out Michaels Certified Air. They gave us an amazing deal on a new HVAC unit, worked with our solar and roof replacement companies and squeezed in fixes so the Roofer could stay on schedule. Mike has a great team that does great work. Mike personally stopped by and made sure the project stayed on schedule during the roof inspection phase and saved us major head aches from delays. Thank you, Mike, and your team for your award winning service and personal investment into our home!

Very unhappy with this company ! My ac broke over a month ago and I turned it into my insurance expecting the job done in a professional, timely fashion . However that is not what I got . Instead I’ve been rescheduled 3 times, with excuse after excuse. Not to mention my wife has had to endure extreme heat in our home for over a month along with myself kids and 71 year old ant . And to top it off they gave us a portable ac unit witch blew my breaker in every room . Witch made it unusable. Very poor communication and customer service . Will never use this company again .

Hello Corey, We are very sorry that your experience has been poor. Unfortunately when dealing with the home home warranty company, there is a lot that is out of our hands and control. We didn’t receive a dispatch that your AC was broken from them until Friday August 20th ( a little over 2 weeks ago) And we had you scheduled for Monday the 23rd of August. We couldn’t fix your AC that day as your AC needed a repair that we needed to have authorized from your home warranty company and we still hadn’t received that authorization when we next had you scheduled. And then the part didn’t come in from our supplier, but we rescheduled you for the very next day moving appointments around to try and help you out as soon as possible. We were unaware that the portable AC unit was blowing your breaker, and let you borrow that as a courtesy to try and help you with some cool air while you waited for your AC to be fixed. We have communicated with you and kept you in the loop about everything going on, but as stated above some things are unfortunately out of our control. We hope that you will give us another chance in the future when their isn’t a third party, such as the home warranty company in the middle.
