  I had Gentry replace my Cooler. They were prompt, professional and performed an excellent job. Jerry was great coordinating the installation. The office staff kept me well informed of scheduling. The installers were polite and took great pride in their professional work. The job was completed in 3 hours. Great job Gentry Air Conditioning.

  Got a new gas furnace and air conditioner from Gentry late last year and would definitely recommend them. Jerry, the owner, is very professional and responsive. The whole team was pleasant to work with and knowledgeable. Both Jerry and Nick made sure I was happy with their install and they stand by their work.

  Bad experience all around. They never answer phone, and when they you DO get through to them, they will schedule you an appointment to come out and fix your Swamp Cooler and then not show up. Happened twice in a row, i strongly advise against Gentry's. If you have an emergency in this heat and need service quick, these are not your guys.
