  I didn’t have such a great experience with them. I requested estimates and got only one, with a price tag that was $1,000 higher than a competitors. I went with the competitor. They do not charge, however, if you have to keep calling them out for the same problem. I was glad for that. It was just they didn’t give me the benefit of the doubt. Their communication was bad. They would call and ask for a time change in my appointment. When I didn’t call back they just didn’t call again and cancelled my appointment. Their call was a couple of hours before I get up; around 8 am. I don’t get up until 9 am at the earliest, so they lobbed the ball into my lap without speaking to me first. In my mind, if I make an appointment then you are obligated to carry through with the agreed upon time unless the customer agrees with the time change. It was a nightmare trying to get them to fix the excessive drainage of my swamp cooler. I felt somewhat abused by their guy who got irritable when I didn’t agree that it was normal to have a lake growing in my back yard. I’d say they are not at all what they are cracked up to be by some of the towns people here. Definitely go in with hesitation if you want to give them a try.

  I am a friend of a caregiver who is a disabled veteran. Like many caregivers. We watch our pennies and cringe when we have repair. Especially when they say replacement of something like an entire AC unit. This company stepped up and beyond to help this family. They donated a new ac unit installed. Their thanks for the disabled veteran in the house. For that hats off and thank you.

  Would of been nice if they actually came out to do the estimate. Made a appointment last Monday for a estimate for a new AC unit. The woman scheduled me for a end of the week apt. No one called or showed up. I called Monday of this week and she scheduled me another appointment for Thursday at noon, the same woman then calls at 11:53 and leaves a voicemail saying if I don't call her back in 7 minutes they are cancelling my appointment. Is this the way this company does business? I will NOT be calling them for any of my heating or ac needs.
