It was a pleasure having my carpets cleaned today.  Bill and Luther did a wonderful job of getting the stains out.  Their genuine courtesy and politeness were refreshing.  They offered to staple down a particular problem area in my rug.  Their carpet advice is always welcome when they come out.  Their knowledge of carpet is very helpful.  Another great job, done for me, by this company.  I highly recommend them.

We had a chair cleaned and they did a fabulous job. The chair looks brand new! They are so easy to work with. Highly recommend!

McCreary Healthy Homes did an excellent job cleaning out my air ducts and dryer vents. My vents are very clean and they did it fairly quickly too. Their vacuum system is amazing. Probably one of the most complex vacuums I have ever seen. They were also polite and respectful. I will be coming back for more of their services!

Kevin and Luther did a great job cleaning the wood floors, carpeting and upholstery.
The wood floors look much better and feel
so clean. I think a build up of sand in the cracks was removed leaving the wood much cleaner than I would be able to do. Our living room carpet has new loft and is clean.
The furniture that was cleaned looks great.
We are very happy with the cleaning services provided. I would recommend vacuuming before the floor services.

Very, very knowledgable about addressing pet urine stains and odor in carpet.  They did an excellent job!  I learned  McCreary’s also does upholstery cleaning and tile steam cleaning. Boy, do I ever have a list for them when they come back!  Highly recommend!

Overall I'm satisfied.  However, I've had better experiences with McCreary's in the past. This crew didn't ask about any problem areas to focus on, which we have a new puppy. Instead they just simply asked if we had pets and then sold us on the deodorizer so we didn't smell them after the cleaning. They also didn't move all the furniture around and instead just went around it. We told them to not worry about the bed, but they didn't even move the dresser. We even went as far as to get everything out of the rooms except the big items thinking it would encourage a better process. Anyway, I'd still recommend but I felt like this last service was not the same quality as my others.

I couldn't be happier with results from cleaning my light-color sectional.  It looks fresh and bright.  They removed the dinginess and the daily grime that built up from much use and especially the effects of wearing dark wash jeans.  It now looks great.  The team was very professional.  I highly recommend them.

The two gentlemen who came were friendly and upbeat and very efficient! My basement carpet hadn’t been cleaned in a while and the results were dramatic! You could actually see how clean and bright it was from the top of the stairs! They worked really hard and attended to all the details. I would definitely call them again.
