The entire experience with Meridian was great. We just bought our first house with natural gas, so we are still learning. We called Meridian because of a small gas leak near our water heater. The people who answered our calls were very nice and accommodating. They came out asap and took care of our concerns. Annie, the technician, was very professional, sharp as a tack, and clearly knew what she was doing. She took the time to answer my questions and educate me along the way. We are at ease knowing good quality plumbing professionals are only a call away.

Aaron was very professional, courteous, and efficient. He took the time to explain exactly what he would do to make the repairs/replacement and why. There was no high pressure sales pitch, but several options for me to consider. Exceptional quality! We will be using Meridian again!

Aaron VanHalst provided excellent service, was very knowledgeable, and provided experienced advice. And he did really superb plumbing work. Have found Meridian staff to be very friendly while providing professional assistance. Will definitely use them again if future plumbing issues arise.
