Unsatisfactory exterior door installation. Door was installed crooked in doorway. Initial measurements required the extra expense of custom door  and storm door. Storm door does not align with the threshold. Past work from Okemos Home Depot was a complete kitchen remodel. Very satisfied with that project. Door installation was not a quality job.. Would not recommend Home Depot for exterior door installation.

Home Depot is our go to store for home improvement supplies. The staff is always helpful and the prices are equivalent if not better than other hardware shops. Our favorite part about Home Depot is the kids workshop every month. Our daughter loves the projects, It is amazing to see her skills grow with each new DIY kit.

Sometimes it's difficult to find help, if needed. Today wasn't that way. Everyone was accommodating and helpful, since this was a new location for me. Nice amount of stock and happy to see summer items for yard and garden.

Disappointed. I Special ordered flooring and two weeks after the scheduled pick up date, I was told by the Flooring Dept. they had no ship date. After a few more days, I called customer service and they stated, "Why don't you just go over to the Okemos store and pick it up there? They have plenty of it." Thank you Tanika for that bit of advice!
I guess I should have checked but I expected a little more from the Flooring Dept. Pros(?)
FYI, I am told they don't cross dock orders.

The staff was helpful but there was only 1 lane where someone was at the register, they had 4 self serve lines with a full line of people waiting to use, store was busy could have had more staff at the front end

Wish they had more of a selection on peel and stick tiles but the paint department totally made up for it! My bathroom color turned out perfect!

Workers are very knowledgeable. Store is exceptionally clean.
Home depot went well above my expectations.

Everyone was so helpful and friendly this morning.  It was a joyful and productive experience. Great customer service.

As usual a 10 minute wait for assistance is standard. Staff told me the parts I needed were not available although they are on website. Went to Lowe’s was directed to the correct aisle and bin. They had parts I needed.

If Home Depot was not so close I would not go there.

Myself and my teacher colleagues are so grateful for the staff at this Home Depot. We teach in a very low socioeconomic district and needed  new whiteboards for our students. The staff graciously cut over 190 whiteboards for us out of shower board. Their largest competitor was not willing to do it, so in a last ditch effort we contacted the customer service department here and she was more than willing to oblige us. Thank you so much Home Depot you have earned several life long customers. Thank you so much for supporting teachers and our students.
