  I requested a home purchase inspection of the system and annual service of the home HVAC unit. I received a report that only said the unit was 15 years old and running as expected. That’s it. To make matters worse, they failed to contact me to receive payment and 7 months later sent me a nasty email that I had not paid. I do NOT recommend - service and customer service are terrible.

  Mr. McDougal I apologize if you did not receive the full report. Our technicians are very thorough in their inspection and reports so it’s possible that our software did not send the entire report. And sometimes emails are sent to a spam folder so a phone call to our office can rectify the issue. Please call our office and speak to Vicki or an owner.

  Of course it’s Saturday at 4:30pm and have someone arrive at our condo and air condition is not working and it’s 86 inside. Called to Manatee Air with who we have a contract to maintain our A/C twice a year, and Luis was there within 45 min. Took him 20 minutes to fix! Happy customer, and would definitely recommend.

  Called Manatee Air, asked for a quote on new air conditioner/ductwork. Came out in 2 days, I asked them to talk to the roofers and coordinate everything, and things went like clockwork! We have used Manatee Air for years, and they never disappoint! Thank you,Wade and team! Most sincerely, Patty Bryan and Sandy Oates
