Cleo arrived to check our newly installed a/c system and to explain in more detail how the thermostat works.
After making some adjustments to our system Cleo took the time to explain the new thermostat in detail, which included downloading an app to my phone and updating software to the unit.
My wife and I were very happy with the service and now we can control the temperature when we are away or when not close to the thermostat.

Used to be a good company. Now has sold out. All calls route to Delaware call center. Calls from local office are routed through there as well and number identified as potential spam. Then call the number and ask for the person that left you a message and they don’t know who it is and send you to a voice mail that is full. Takes a minimum of 3 calls to accomplish nothing but more waiting. Sloppy now too. A/c Unit is 2 years old with 10 year warranty and on second repair. This time they sent me an invoice for $629 for part under warranty. Error or not, 2 days and 6 calls later and no confirmation in writing that it is handled. Don’t bother with this company. Find a local company.

I had issues with 2 toilets in my house and nothing matched what I needed for my tank. The technician went out of his way 2 go to several places to see if he could piece things together for my toilet to work. Sure enough he called me back 2 days later and let me know that he had what was needed and he would have to also drill some holes and everything to make it right. He fixed both of them very quickly. A few weeks later I had another issue with my toilet (it had nothing to do with the previous issue). He fixed it quickly and was so nice and professional once again. I would have to say he was the nicest and best technician that I have ever had from any company over many years of having service done from many different companies. I offered to put my dogs in another room so they wouldn't bother him. He said it was no need for that. My dogs love him they followed him everywhere he went.

Kudos to Corey of Elite Heating and Air for his servicing of our downtown rental apartment!  He always diagnoses problems quickly and efficiently, and never complains about having to work in tight spots to do the work. At my request he cut and left extra filters.  Good work, Corey!

I'm glad you got good reviews BUT we don't really know if you're good or not because your company never called us back. My wife called your office 3 times and was assured by the woman on the phone (each time) that a plumber would call us back, for a quote/service/customer service, and you guys blew us off! Nothing, nada, zip....How disappointing and what poor customer service. Even if you can not take on another customer, at the very least a return call would be proper.

UPDATE- Yes, thank you for your response. Since this last review I updated to a 4 for great response to our initial review. Since then we have been happy with the professionalism and quick response. Yesterday we had a repipe with Freddy and Donny, they were both very professional and very efficient in their work. Also, we appreciated their cleaning up after themselves, and both were masked and very polite. Plus, they got the repipe done in one day instead of the initial estimate of 2 days! Thank you, Elite.

Everyone we dealt with from the person who answered the phone to the technician that was sent to our home was professional and courteous.  We had a bathroom faucet not working that required the water be turned off when not using.   Elite was able to arrive the next day and had everything fixed and cleaned up in less than an hour.  Trey even took the time to assure that my daughter had the hot water heater back on properly once the water was back on.  Thanks for going above and beyond!!

Excellent Service!!  The phone rep kept me posted as to the technician's arrival time.  I was tacked on as the last call of the day, Trey arrived after 6, pleasant, ready to get down to business.  He was thorough, explained my situarion and gave me a recommendation for a follow up.

Chris removed the old bathroom pedestal sink and installed a new one. He went beyond the call when the old faucet wouldn't  work and we had to find a new faucet and have him return on a Saturday to do the installation. Amazing over the top service, communication, and professionalism.
