  Jose Magana was exceptional! I don’t write reviews but he was so helpful I’d be doing him a disservice if I don’t post my experience. He completed the job task and took the extra time to explain the “uniqueness” of our HVAC set up and troubleshoot a lingering question I’ve had for months. Jose was so pleasant to deal with and I will hire Love HVAC for all needs going forward. Great experience and Jose you are good at what you do! Thanks!!

  Heather is the best. She really knows her stuff, and takes the time to make any problems very understandable. You never get the impression that she tries to sell you something you don't need (unlike our previous A/C company technician who always said our systems needed to be replaced). We feel extremely safe with Heather and trust her implicitly.

  The three times we needed different repairs, Loves scheduled the service quickly. Within a couple hours the issues were each fixed. They send a text when the technician is on the way. Excellent customer service! Highly recommend!
