  I am a very happy customer af Lang 72 Degree. We had a small issue come up during the installation of our new ductwork. Lang's took care of the changes and fixed everything perfectly for no additional charge even though the additional installation work was beyond the original scope of their bid. I highly recommend Lang's! Their workers are true professionals, and their customer service is the best I have experienced in working with HVAC contractors.

  This business is very professional. From calling to make the appointment with the friendly greeting when answering the phone, to the confirmation phone call of my appointment to the service person coming out!! Awesome Customer Service. Joey was outstanding explaining everything that he was going to do and then even changed my outside lightbulb!! Outstanding, professional, smiled. Glad we used your company for our Heating & AC needs.
