  I had to have a heating system installed and all new ducts. Michael the owner explained everything to me a way I could understand, answered all my questions honestly and did a superb job!! The crew was very professional and did the job in timely fashion. I would highly recommend Local Mechanic Heating and Air. I’m overjoyed with the job they did. I look forward to having them also maintain my system. Thanks again for a great job.

  Michael has been my 'go to' guy for hvac. I'm always confident that he'll only do what's needed and figure out a way to get the job done with minimal expense. His prices have always been very competitive and his responsiveness is a huge help. I'd definitely recommend him and his team. They know what they're doing and do it at a fair price.

  I had a moisture and standing water problem in the crawl space under my house. Local Mechanical advised that I install 2 sump pumps and a trench dug around the inside perimeter to drain water to the pumps. The work was done on time by a professional crew in a workmanlike manner and on budget. They did a great clean up after work was complete. I am very happy with the results and would highly recommend them. Thanks again. Bill
