  Called five businesses during the recent cold snap over the weekend, all except Brady Heating responded. The technician promptly called and scheduled me. He explained the problem in layman terms. Had to order the part and had me up and running two days, would have been sooner, but it was the weekend and the supplier was closed. Allen the technician showed up on time in Monday and did an outstanding job. Highly recommend this company. I will be using them for my annual maintenance.

  I had two calls from large paid ad search companies before I was recommended Brady. This was the first company that diagnosed the issue beyond a flashlight and “replace”. Extremely professional and honest. Given the countless HVAC companies in the area, this is the best I have experienced. Highly recommended.

  Allen B was professional and courteous! Communicated well with me throughout the scheduling to arrival time period. Fixed the issue quickly and answered all my questions. I plan on using them for my future needs in AC and heating repairs and maintenance.
