  When dealing with gas you need to have confidence. Jake and Mike installed gas lines to our stand-by generator and laundry room dryer. They know their business and go the extra mile to make sure the job was done safe and right. Knowledge and professionalism is evident throughout the organization. Michael, the owner, actively oversees all activities as an engineer and does not cut corners. One line to our generator was not perfectly horizontal to the ground so he had Mike adjust it. Ann-Marie and Karen run the front office efficiently with customer focus. I was introduced to this business through Nu-Line Electric. When I asked for more than one name, Nu-Line told me to use Koz because they are the best. I am glad I listened.

  I have a 100 year old home with an old boiler system furnace and when my old heating contractor went out of business I was concerned since many companies I contacted do not like to work on boilers. I got a recommendation for Koz as "boiler specialists" and now I can say that I totally agree with that term!! I wanted to have an annual maintenance checkup done on the system and this was definitely the company to do that. Derek was very knowledgeable and really checked over my system thoroughly. He found one safety issue with the boiler and explained his concern to me and was able to fix it during that same appointment after running out to get a new part. I am so happy that I found Koz Heating and feel so much better knowing that I have a company who understands the system.

  The service man was considerate( covered his shoes before entering), professional and seemed very knowledgeable and proficient as he worked. He did encounter a problem and he stayed and retraced every facet of the furnace operation until he solved the problem. He was courteous, explained the problem and the solution and completed the maintenance . The cost was reasonable and based on this experience I would certainly recommend Koz Heating to anyone in need of furnace maintenance or repair.
