  Briarwood is one of the best companies. I have been using their service for a while now. They have always been honest, quick and efficient. First time I called them 8yrs ago to clean carbon on my water heater and after that I had to use their service only now in 2022 to change copper strip. So after their work 8yrs ago, I didn’t have to call them at all. That’s how efficient they were. Totally recommend them 💯 %

  Briarwood Heating and Cooling responded our call by quickly sending a technician on the same day. When the technician Lee diagnosed the ignitor problem and fixed it, he also noticed that the blower wheel was imbalanced and making noises. When I mentioned to him that we actually had the blower wheel serviced a few months ago, he immediately said that he would look into it and make sure that it is replaced at no additional cost. They followed through. Briarwood Heating and Cooling installed our heating system over 20 years ago. I am glad that we are able to turn to the same company for great services and customer experience!

  I hired Briarwood to change my boiler system to a 3 zone heating system. At some point before I moved in someone did some creative piping and moved the boiler to a new location. The job was very complicated and took many visits to resolve. I was ready to quit and Lee and Steve encouraged me to keep trying that they would figure it out. I'm so glad they didn't let me shoot myself in the foot. It is working now and I'm so happy! They stand by their work no matter how long it takes. I will be using them again for maintenance and a future ac unit.
