  I had a furnace tune-up ahead of the fall/winter months. I received an email letting me know the technician was dispatched and a call as he was on his way. He was right on time at the beginning of the scheduled service window. The technician was polite and got the work done quickly. He went over a checklist of the work he had done and what his findings were. Great service and I recommend Wallace Heating and Cooling to anyone looking for HVAC work.
