  Air went out Friday evening (pretty sure just low coolant).called this company specifically for the 24 hr service late Saturday because I was really not wanting pay that after hours weekend service fee I knew anyone would charge. Hubby said he couldn’t stand it and to go ahead and call. Called Saturday night, and the dispatcher said a tech would call. Didn't expect them Saturday night, but a phone call would’ve been nice. Would’ve been nice to get a call Sunday morning or afternoon. So called back Sunday evening and a different dispatcher said that she’d send the info to the tech (again). So here it is almost 2 am Monday morning , still no call, and we’ve gotten setup with a different company.

  Good Afternoon Ms Jones! We are so sorry to hear the inconvenience of your weekend as we do understand that with this past weekend being one of the hottest of 2021 that when your Hvac system is not performing up to par that it can be frustrating. We do strive to make sure our customers are taken care of and we do offer a 24 hour on call service for emergencies, typically we do not miss any customers however during this Pandemic it has not been our typical times with different obstacles such as sicknesses, shortage of laborers, and from time to time unforeseen issues do occur. The heavy work load of this weekend did keep the on-call technician busy all weekend, again we apologize that he was not able to call you back we do have an answering service that takes incoming phone calls until we can return back into the office on Monday mornings and at that point we do call all customers from over the weekend. Again we do apologize, and if ever we can be of assistance please dont hesitate to call us. Thank you

  Professional and on time and very very reasonable for the price. They examined my unit and told me about my warranty and how old my unit is and gave me very informal information on our unit that I was not aware of because we were not sure of the age of this unit. I will call them for my yearly maintenance service . They are affordable.

  Made appointment to have ducts cleaned. No one showed so we called and lady answering the phone got rude with us. Gave us a run around story and excuses but no results. Needless to say we called a different company. Fast forward two weeks and our main unit stops working (installed by them in late 2017) so we call and get the answering service (this lady was super polite) at 7:00 PM on a Saturday. She said a tech would call back. At 9:00 PM I call back, again she was super polite, and she called the tech again to have them make contact. So it is now Sunday morning and still no contact from Kingsport Heating & AC. Lane’s Heating and AC here in Johnson City will appreciate your lack of concern for your now former customers... horrible service, horrible attitudes, not so great prices. And no one will return comments on bad reviews, only those that are three stars or more. If service after the sale is important to you I recommend you look elsewhere...

We do value all of our customers and try to address each and every concern.
