Could not get through phone hell to ask about repairing refrigerator. Not sure from phone prompts that they work on refrigerators like the website says. Prompts mention ‘small appliances’ like lawn mowers. Chose that. Stuck on hold for a while but did not wait long since not clear they even work on refrigerators. No option to get a callback. Gave up. Moving on to next company.

We have an extended warranty on our washing machine. The technician that came out early in our service window. He called to say he was on the way. We then got a text with the same information. He came and fixed the problem quickly.

I asked the technician point blank 3 times while he was here whether he could upload the diagnostic report to my home warranty website. He assured me he would, but no, nothing. I called and texted him. Nothing. I called the Sears service line repeatedly for two weeks. It was supposed to be done by their dispatch department, who apparently no one, including the managers, has a phone number for. It is unbelievable to me that they still cannot complete the simple task of uploading a document and I’ve been stuck with a broken washer this whole time (and with a newborn who goes through 2-3 outfits a day). A complete waste of my time! Absolutely disrespectful and infuriating. I’ve had to request a new appointment with someone else so now I’m back at square one.
