The new system has provided 100% improvement on comfort level from the old system. We are very happy with it. It was part of a remodel, there were some cosmetic improvements with the install but overall we would say it was one of the best investments we made in our condo. The staff were also always responsive and easy to work with throughout the install. We would highly recommend them to anyone needing or considering air conditioning, heating or vent work.

Key to Cool provided me with excellent service. As a first-time customer I had no idea what to expect but everyone I dealt with over the course of several days was super helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to assist me which made an incredible difference as I am an out of town customer. Their prices are fair and fully explained. If anything goes wrong with my AC again, Key to Cool will be the first company I contact and I would not hesitate to wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need.
