  Family Air came to my rescue! I had used another company based on a recommendation but that was a BIG mistake! After two botched visits I called Family Air. The technician they sent out was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what to do and got our A/C up and running right away. Do yourself a favor and call these guys first. You'll be glad you did!

  Family Air was on time, calling ahead letting us know they were on the way. The tech was very nice and professional. The customer service dept is great to talk with. I'm happy I used them for our condo.

  I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of everyone at Family Air. From the people answering the phone, to the quick estimate, to the installation, everything went smoothly. My techs,, Anthony and Josh, were punctual and polite and did great work. Steve (president) kept me informed of every step in the process of replacing my a/c unit. I highly recommend.
