  I used them to replace my broken down AC unit. I got 3 estimates but Robby at CNR Air took around an hour on the phone explaining the process to me. I felt like he had the heart of a teacher and not one of a salesman. Everything went smoothly and I highly recommend this company. Edit: I had a concern with the new AC many months later and they had someone out within 2 hours for no charge. Ryan was great he explained what was happening and further educated me about the system. I give their follow-up service an A+.

  Twice in the past five years we have purchased a condo in Naples, only to have the air conditioning system die. CNR came right away and installed new systems quickly, efficiently, and with great consideration for our property. The technicians are very polite and professional. Excellent service!

  We have used CNR for 13 years. We have been very happy with our equipment installation and our yearly maintenance program. Their service personnel are professional, knowledgable and timely. When we've had an issue their response time was quick and what they have suggested has always worked to our satisfaction. Based on our experience with having them for 13 years we would highly recommend them for new installations or yearly maintenance programs!
