  My heat went out around 11PM. I called K&S and Kamron answered the call. I felt bad calling so late but was relieved he answered the phone. He was very professional and knew exactly what my problem was over the phone. He walked me through what needed to be done to reset the unit over the phone. It only took 5 mins and my heat was going again! Kyle, his partner came out the next morning and performed a service. I recommend them to anyone in Middle TN!
