  After a negative experience in August 2021, their sales manager, David, has won us back with excellent customer service. Plumber, Brad, was very knowledgeable and helpful. They showed up on time and were very professional and courteous. They are even coming back next week to do more work. Thank you so much for listening to our story and taking the time to make it right. :)

  This is the 2nd time we have used Busy Bee for Plumbing. Our tech both times has been Gary. Yesterday he had help from another company member by the name of Brian. They did a very good job! They are knowledgeable, informative, very helpful and a pleasure to work with. I WILL continue to use Busy Bee in the future.

  UPDATE: still very pleased with Busy Bee’s service, have now used them for plumbing as well as AC/Heating maintenance and would highly recommend this company. Very pleasant employees who do great work. UPDATE: Busy Bee has been very helpful in remedying this situation. And my unit is being taken care of very quickly. I appreciate Tommy’s help in making this better. Would use this company again. Very confused. A person was sent to my house, diagnosed the problem and said they would order parts and be in touch. I paid a lot of money and it’s been 2 weeks with nothing replaced or fixed and no communication. I would not recommend this company and hope I can get my money back.
