  Awesome experience with this company. My daughters were without heat and they responded quickly and had it fixed within a couple hours. The tech was Craig and he was polite and knowledgeable as was Linda who help us to get scheduled. Highly recommend this company. Thanks for your help Jordan Mechanical

  Craig and his team are wonderful people to work with. I've always called and spoke to Linda who is one of the sweetest and kindest people on Earth. Whenever I call Linda is bright and cheery. I have had a sink moved, and 2 Complete AC systems Removed and replaced with Craig and his team. They have always been professional, kind and courteous when coming to our house. Our first system went bad in September 2019 and they showed up with in a day to diag and then another day later to repair it. Following year maybe 6 months down the road right before Covid, our second system went out in the winter when it was cold. Again quick response time and systems replaced quickly. I can't recommend Craig and his team enough.

  Great experience calling this company. Both the young lady who answered when I called and the staff who came out were extremely personable and knowledgeable. I was expecting to have to wait at least a week for them to come out due to it being AC season and my work schedule but they worked around it and came out the next day! For an easily digestible price I was given peace of mind that my unit was working properly and I was doing everything right to maintain the unit. They offered great advice that I wouldn't have thought of otherwise. Will call them back without hesitation when needed!
