  They called me to see if I wanted oil before the upcoming storm which was very nice. What they did not tell me is when you agree to top off they charge the full price to fill the tank then when the driver turns in the ticket they send the bill through for the actual amount. The charged me 1700 without telling me the policy and drained my account. It overdrew the account. It left me with no money in that account. They knew in advance the amount they where going to hold but did not tell me. The actual bill was around 800 dollars which was more along the lines of what I expected. When I called the first time I was hung up on. Then called back and was told I am always cussing the staff out which was not true. It amazes me that they can take 1700 dollars of my my money and not inform me of what they are going to do and they are the victims. They are not sure when the money will return to my account. I do not doubt it will put back but it is the principle that you should let a customer know what the policy is to see if they want to go ahead with the purchase. Yes I have a full tank of oil but a drained bank without my permission. Thank you for your service over the years. Update money was returned the same day. They are not bad people just poor communication and they need customer service training. It highly oftened me that she said I cursed them. Voicing a complaint and cursing is two different things.I was calm considering they left me straind with no money and they made the mistake. I had only one card with me so when they placed the hold I had no money and I was not close to home to get access to my other accounts. I will be going elsewhere for my oil.

  They are awesome they help my dad out he is disability money tight for him when I called to get oil because they calling for snow this weekend I was checking prices to find the cheapest places and Donna there helped me and told me how to get him some help very helpful my dad was so happy I thank Sterlin oil for helping my dad and they care not out here tring to get ur money they get 10 stars and delivery guy William my dad said he was very nice and took time to talk to him very nice
