  The unit inside of our home has been leaking lots of water for weeks. The first time they came out they claimed to have fixed it by replacing the drain pan. A couple of weeks later it turns out it was still leaking and we could tell by the amount of water that was coming from the wall and all over the floor that it had been leaking for some time. The second time they came out they tried to say that they had fixed it the first time and now it was leaking from lint build up on the coil. They went behind my dryer (without my permission) and saw that the dryer vent was coming off a little and claimed that this was the reason for the lint build up and the leaking. I do not think that they know what the real problem is. A week later it is still leaking. My walls and floor have become damaged from the water. We have only been in this brand new home for two years. When we called them again I did not like their attitude towards my husband. They assumed that the vent was still loose and caused the lint build up again, when infact it was not because it has been fixed. I can't help but feel like they are trying to pin the blame on us (which is fine, I just want it fixed) and are tired of coming out to our home. In their response to my original review the owner states that they fixed it both times that they came out. Listen to me when I say....THEY NEVER FIXED IT. Again, this is A lot of water on my floors and causing damage to my walls, IT NEVER STOPPED LEAKING. We will now be calling another company. Although they are timely and nice people, they have not fixed a very major and hazardous problem. And let me add that the first time they got a payment of almost $600 from our insurance (and a $50 deductible from us). The second time they sent us a bill for almost $150 which we fully intend on paying. They told my husband that if they came out a third time we would have to pay for the services that day when they were finished. Again, the vibes were not good one's this time around.

  We are sorry you are having this problem. On July 30,2020 we replaced the evaporator coil drain pan that was cracked which corrected the original issue. We had not heard from you about any other issues until August 19,2020. We received a call from you stating that there was water leaking again. I personally came out to look at the issue and found the micro channel evaporator coil was stopped up with lint. I cleaned the coil and looked for the source that the lint was coming from, we found that the dryer vent was not hooked up to dryer properly. I took pictures of the vent and explained what the issue was and you stated that you would have your husband repair it. I also explained that if it happen again we would have to remove coil to clean it. Today we received a call from your husband about water leaking again. I talked to him and explained what was happening last time and I told him that I would be happy to look at it again he stated he was going to look at it and call me and send me pictures of coil. Again I am sorry you are having this problem

  Absolute professionals who are quick, courteous and know their stuff! We have an older unit cooling our store and another one, where we were told by a competitor of DL Bryant's that it could not be fixed - it must be replaced. After one call to DL Bryant, they were not only here within the hour to look at and repair the unit, but they worked on it until it was fixed. These guys are my HEROES! Highly recommend them for great work AND excellent customer service!
