  These people are horrible. Do not purchase from them. I had to speak with 5 different people for someone to finally inform me that my order was being pulled 45 minutes after speaking with someone. as an electrical distributor, I will personally never send another order to this company.

  The DO SELL TO DIY INDIVIDUALS! (Anything not related to freon). If you need a capacitor or any other electric part. Its the place to go.

  Need a HVAC certification and account. Great place to get HVAC supplies. Staff is very helpful. The only thing keeping them from 5 stars is they have a tablet to check in and be helped. During COVID-19, I refuse to touch a single point of contact for many people. So 2 people were seen before me until I got annoyed and spoke up.
