  I could not been happier with them! You know that living in Houston is not about if your AC will need something but when. I called 6 other companies and they were the only ones who could accommodate a visit to my home the very same day my AC stopped working. Rodrigo came to my house twice, and he explained everything in detail and was super patient with all my questions. This is my first time using the company (my house is 5 years old), but it will not be the last!

  I give Master AC and Heat LLC an A+ rating. Their office staff is very friendly and responsive. The owner was willing to work with me on price and had a crew to my home in less than 48 hours - in the middle of August - for a full HVAC installation project. Greg was my project manager for the installation and he is super knowledgeable, organized, and friendly. I highly recommend this service. Thank you!

  Recently had my ac stop cooling. Called Master AC and Heat and they were able to get someone out the same day! They found a leak in my coil and repaired it, had my house cold again in no time. Honest, dependable service at a good price! Will have them replace my system when the time comes. Thank you guys for the same day service!!!
