  Really impressed with Johnstone. He came out and fixed my water heater problem for $500 less than another plumber quoted me and was very friendly and personable. The other plumber said I needed a new overflow tank, among other things, which I did not.

  Called them to buy a $10 Goodman interlock safety switch for my Amana furnace. The switch in my furnace failed, and that prevented the furnace from powering up. The store rep told me that they are a wholesale supplier to the industry, and since I didn't have an acct, I couldn't buy the part from them. So don't waste your time trying to get furnace parts from them unless you have a wholesale acct!

  wont quote prices over the phone, wont deal with out of state contractor. AC techs are charging 600 to replace a 100 motor in an AC unit and they don't want the public to know. Go to amazon and order it yourself. Learn how to put it in, its easy. They also run you though the whole process before they will tell you they will give you no information
