  These guys are the real deal, we had both our units go out a week apart, they came in brought heaters and got us up and running as fast as they could. They worked with the roofers to make sure we were taken care of before any weather hit. Fast, reliable and as affordable as can be for the service and quality that you get.   Jim’s installed our new ductless heating and AC unit in my sewing room. And a new condenser for our home air. The install looks wonderful and both units work so well. My favorite part of this process was the installers. They were professional and happy people. Always smiling and always had a great attitude. Even when they came out to install a new condenser in 100 degree weather. I felt sorry for them but they didn’t mind the heat or the work. That means so much to me. I will always recommend Jim’s to anyone.

  Hi Sharon!! This is such a great review! I tried working with google to see if they could move it to Jim's Heating since that is the company you referenced in your review but unfortunately, that didn't work. It appears the only way to fix it is if you remove or edit your own review but I bet Jim's would greatly appreciate it if you did! Best Wishes!

  Got in at 4 am to find my house 41 degrees. Heater not working. Called first thing in the morning and spoke to Heather who had a tech, Jake, show up within an hour. It was New Year’s Eve and it was a holiday for the company. I had an older unit, but Jake found the problem and got me back up and running. He also gave me other upgrade options with no pressure to buy. Can’t say enough about the customer service and response by Quality. Pete Berg
