Very prompt and very polite. They removed a 30-plus year old gas system and installed a much smaller more High efficient new system including outside unit. The new furnace was directly tied into the old duct work which was still in good shape. Complete install was a little more than a day and a half from start to finish which was faster than what they said it would be. Highly recommend them

Couldn't be more happy with the service. They sent their tech Darrick out to help me install a unit I had bought myself. Sight unseen, he tackled the project and guided me through what he was doing so that I'd have a good understanding of the entire process. The inside of the house is unfinished at the moment, so not the prettiest, but he helped me to level the indoor cassette so it was flush with what bit of ceiling we have. He also made sure the outside unit looked good after installation.

Price was extremely reasonable, service was friendly and educational, I will definitely be calling Joe's in the future. Thank you guys!

Furnace was acting up. Called Joe's Mechanical for service and they had a tech out in 1.5 hours. Found a faulty circuit board and replaced it within an hour. Cody did an awesome job! I recommend the Armstrong Furnace they installed for me a few years ago. The parts warranty is worth paying for a new Furnace.

Outstanding Service time and time again.  I’ve lived in California, Georgia, Ohio, and Maine and Joe’s Mechanical is one of the best HVAC services ever encountered because of their Honesty and Professional Work Ethic.

During Late Summer/Early Autumn of 2019,
Grayless Heating and Cooling serviced the home twice within 30 days and did not deal with root cause of issue hence the upstairs HVAC System and Gas Furnace was ineffective in warming the entire  upstairs section of the house.

I then contacted Joe’s Mechanical & a Service Technician immediately  addressed the issue of a Defective Blower Motor within the Gas Furnace on the 2nd Level. The new part was retrieved from a local warehouse, delivered to the home, and installed that evening.

During the 2020 Spring Maintenance Service Visit - Leaky Service Valves and a Defective Thermostat were discovered with the 2nd HVAC system.  The AC Service Valves were obtained and replaced promptly along with new Freon being reloaded in the system, and now the unit runs flawlessly as it did on the very first day.  The New Thermostat was obtained and installed at a very reasonable cost with a Free 5 Year+ Warranty covering both Thermostat and Labor if there is ever a problem with the unit within that time frame. .

Great service and products!  Joe's Mechanical installed a new furnace and A/C system for us.  They also helped us install a line for our fireplace to convert it from a traditional fireplace to a gas log insert.  Joe met with us to determine our needs for the home and he instantly made us feel like family.  He was professional yet friendly and helpful.  As a result we got the perfect system for our home.                                                                   The technicians who came to do our installation were some of the most pleasant and hard working people.  They were professional, courteous, helpful and thoughtful throughout the process.  They did an awesome job on our installation and cleaned up everything afterwards.  They made helpful suggestions along the way that ended up making things better for us on our set up.  Throughout the process, from the initial quote, to arrival times, to filing our rebates and warranty information for us, we received timely and helpful communication.  We would highly recommend Joe's Mechanical to anyone and everyone.  They are a rare gem in the service world.
