  I called to get an estimate for a new HVAC system since we recently had a house fire , I was told they aren't interested because it's a modular home , really don't appreciate being looked down on , very un professional, smfh

  I am so sorry that you felt like we were demeaning- that was not our intention at all. But there are some different factors when installing a new unit in a manufactured home along with fire damage. We may not be best suited for this type of work. I would be happy to help you with finding another HVAC business that may be more equipped for your situation. We are approximately 3 weeks out. And we were in the understanding you needed something ASAP.

  We had trouble with our 60 plus year old boiler just as the late Fall weather was becoming colder. A Roehm service member came out to help. He was very informative. After going through several options the choice was made to replace the very old boiler. Dennis D. came out and reviewed our system and home needs. Within a couple days we had a reasonable quote. The unit was ordered and installation occurred within a couple of weeks. Weather cooperated for most of that time but on a few ice cold days Dennis provided heaters for us to stay warm in the house. Installation took just a day and one -half and we have been toasty warm ever since. One adjustment had to be made after the system was up and running a couple of weeks. A Roehm service member came out and quickly made the necessary adjustments. We have not had any problems since. I loved everything about our experience with Roehm and Dennis D. Looking forward to working with them on our A/C system.

  Roehm was very responsive to my call and up front about any possible delays. The technician was efficient and authentic. This company went above and beyond my expectations for HVAC care. They care.
