  Joe Cool is the best AC guy ever!!! I’ve had 3 different AC people come to my house and felt like they wanted to just sell me a new unit without putting in the work. Joe Cool helped repair my unit, go into details about the unit and its issues. Was very professional, prompt, quick to respond on the phone and very reasonably priced. I will continue to go to him in the future! GREAT WORK!!!! Great attitude and kind on the job!

  Had our AC go out due to a failed compressor on the outside unit in the summer on a Friday evening. We had homeowners warranty at the time and they were just going to replace the compressor but Joe was able to get them to agree to replace the whole unit. He was also very fast and great to work with.

  Recently my home AC unit went out..both outside unit and the inside of my attic. We called several places however it was gonna take some time for anyone to come out and give us an estimate. We called Joe Cool Heating and Air Conditioning and he was able to come out and assess the unit and give us a quote for free the same day we called him!! Compared to other estimates we later received from other AC repair companies by far he was the best. He arrived on the scheduled day for installation at the scheduled time and immediately went to work. I honestly don't believe I ever saw him nor his crew take a break. They started at 8:30am and were completely done with the entire installation by 4:30pm that same day. The work quality was top notch and very neat. He even had a guy come and pick up the old unit along with any other trash and hauled it off. At the end he was very thorough with everything he had done, showed us pictures of the before and after. Very pleased with the workmanship and the quality of his work. I would strongly recommend Joe Cool Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone that's needing work done to their home AC unit.
