Caleb and Josh did a very professional job. Kept me well informed from beginning to end. Very polite and courteous. Arrived on time and we’re very efficient. Cleaned up well when they were finished.

I finally broke down and tried to use my AC and it of course wasn’t blowing cold. I decided to try Aire Serv. I was sent a text with a PHOTO of the technician that would coming over. Super great idea! My tech was Stephen O., and he was very kind and he broke it down for me when he was describing the problem. My indoor unit is pretty old but Stephen got the old girl to do her job of keeping me cool. And the cost didn’t break the bank. I’m very satisfied with the tech, the service and the cost.
