  Every time we have had an issue, JC Heating has been amazing. Their response time is great and the professionalism each time we’ve needed them to come out is amazing. Each person who has come out explains each situation in terms we understand as new homeowners. We will continue to use JC Heating for all our heating and cooling needs in the future

  If it's possible to give zero stars I would! I have a signed contract with a heating contract and automatic fuel deliveries and they refuse to honor it! It took 6 weeks for them to send me the contract to begin with. When I spoke to the owner he was very disrespectful and belittling. If you are looking for an honest, reliable company, look elsewhere! Worst business practices I have ever experienced! Your response is such an inaccurate description of what happened, it shouldn't surprise me. I provided my credit card information over the phone the same day I dropped off the contract. I was told it would be charged that day. The contract was FULLY signed. I have copies and will be glad to show them. I asked for the contract to be emailed to me the first time I asked for it (6 weeks before receiving it). I was told that was impossible. How is it impossible to email a computerized document? Bottom line is that your prices went up and you choose not to honor the contract that was issued.

  Dear Rebecca Sorry to disappoint you. You were offer fuel oil and a serivce agreement and you failed to return them with payments as was required. If you didd not recieved the agreements in the mail you could have come to our office to pick them up, our office is only 5 minutes away. When you finally return the agreements you returned them unsigned. You untimeley delay is not our fault. The staff of JC Heating

  JC Heating & Cooling is fantastic and does great work! Shawn arrived promptly, he identified the issue quickly and was able to repair our heater immediately. Would definitely recommend JC Heating for all your heating and ac needs.
