Robaire's staff were amazing!  They went above and beyond to help us replace our heater after it caught fire and was not repairable.  Within 30 minutes of the technician discovering we could not repair it, a team member was at our house dropping off 5 space heaters to help keep us warm.  Even with a snow storm, they replaced our unit within a few days.  Rob, the owner contacted us after business hours to ensure we could get what we wanted ordered quickly.  I would highly recommend them for any HVAC needs!

Robaire Co performs maintenance on our boiler every fall and do a great job. When we were ready to get AC in our home we knew we wanted Robaire Co to do the work for us. The owner, Rob, as well as all his technicians are wonderful. They worked with us on pricing and to find the best AC fit for our 130 year old house. The install took 2 days and went smoothly. We're really excited to have AC in our home this summer. I would recommend Robaire Co to anyone!

I called  Robaire  to fix our  water heater  leak because  they did a terrific  job with helping  us  pick  a new HVAC system  and installing it.  Not  only did  they repair  the water heater , but  corrected the noise  from the furnace

Robaire installed two new heat pumps for us at Newtown Reformed Church, one a 15 ton unit and the other a 2.5 ton unit, as well as getting some ductwork run to two rooms. We could not be happier with the work that was done. They were professional and prompt, and very reasonably priced as well. They also did great with customer service, making sure that our needs were cared for. One of the techs even came out on the day of a significant snowstorm in order to make sure we had heat when we needed it.

I've been using Robaire for a few years to service my existing heat pump system but a leaking coil was all the news I needed to make a decision to upgrade my unit and add additional filtration. Rob came to my house and we discussed several options and after working out minor details on the proposal, I signed the contract. Rob called me the next day and gave me a delivery and installation date which was very quick. The men and equipment came on that date and replaced the heat pump with the new one and added the filtration system all in less than 6 hours. The men did a very professional job respecting my house and the space they worked in. I couldn't be happier with the results. Great work and great customer service.

We called Robaire on Friday 6/19 as our AC unit's blower motor stopped working yesterday evening. Robaire was happy to come and take a look in the afternoon. Ryan arrived within the 2 hour window and was extremely professional and personable. He was able to fix the issue a small capacitor shorted and needed to be replaced. All said and done it took about 30 minutes. They were great, I would happily use them again for any other issues we run into! Also their pricing was phenomenal I was more than happy with the overall experience!

Whenever we have had a breakdown, Robaire has given us very prompt and very reasonably priced service... even on Christmas eve!

We recently had our heating and air conditioning unit replaced by Robaire. The technicians were wonderful. A few months later we had a leak from the condenser pan due to a faulty sensor.
They sent technicians immediately to fix the sensor and clean up the wet insulation. Within days they had a contractor out to replace the dry wall, sand and paint. They even paid for a new ceiling fan. Great work all around!

I called for my mom who takes care of my son during weekdays. She buys oil from a provider who filled her tank late Saturday night. She has not had any heat since. We’ve called to have a technician look at the unit but to no avail. Monday morning I researched HVAC professionals in the area and grateful to have found Robaire. Placed a call around 9am and by 12pm her heat was up and running. I spoke with the technician via phone and he explained what the issue was. Very nice and honest man. Thank you. I contacted this company for a commercial quote on behalf of a local church to replace existing AC units.  While speaking with the owner, Robert Baker, I mentioned to him that we were having problems finding an HVAC company to work on our Samsung mini-split unit.  I told him the nightmare I was having even after contacting Samsung.  Mr Baker told me he could send someone out to take a look at it.
Today the tech came out, I believe his name was Jim.  What a fantastic asset to this company!!  He was professional, polite, friendly, personable, and all around nice guy.  He fixed the mini-split and when I asked him for assistance with our wifi thermostats he jumped right on it.  He replaced a thermostat and fixed the others wifi connection.  After all was said and done I was a bit worried about the price BUT the price was fair.
I would highly and strongly recommend Robaire for your HVAC needs.  Its good to see a company that doesn't gauge you with their prices.  Thank you guys!!

We have a house built in 1976 which had a heat pump and ductwork installed by "cowboys".  In 2011 we hired Robaire to install a new Trane heat pump.  The owner came and recognized the errors in the old duct setup and instructed his technicians on how to remanufacture and reconfigure the duct to accommodate the new unit.  The HVAC system has worked perfectly ever since while, under a service contract with Robaire, we have had service technicians at our house twice each year for routine maintenance.  They have always been professional and polite and have left us totally satisfied with Robaire.

We have lived in Newtown for over 15 years in a wonderful neighborhood.  The home unfortunately now in its 19th year was beginning to tire.  We lost all three of our air conditioners which supports our 3-zone heating and AC needs.

We made a call to Robaire Company who provided us immediate support and presented to us payment options that were extremely helpful given our current college costs.

They replaced all three of our zone Air Conditioner units within one day and we were back in business!
