  I'm very happy with the service provided! I came home from vacation with my 2 year old too find that my heater had stopped working while I was gone. The technician sent out was pleasant, clear, and efficent. He arrived earlier than expected and our problem was fixed within an hour. (Fairly simple repair) Price was was reasonable. Overall great experience and now we are WARM!

  Ricky and his helper arrived on time. They were very pleasant and professional. He presented the facts, the price and once I approved the work he efficiently replaced my water heater. He was very respectful of my home and made sure everything was protected before bringing anything in to work. He explained different things to me as they went along so that I understood how it all works and he was very patient with me. My heater is in the laundry room so there is not a lot of room to work in but he put everything in with no disturbance to anything else in the room. To be honest the was in better shape after he cleaned up than it was before. I recommend these guys! Thank you! Just so you know, I had horizon come out before these guys come out and they were double the price. My neighbor recommended them. I'm happy I picked Action.
