  The owner of the company called as soon as my cinch home warranty claim was opened. He scheduled us quickly. Aaron came out to do our service twice now. He was polite, kind, and did a wonderful job fixing our air conditioners and then our 2 furnaces. Our parts came in quick (thankfully! out of their control if they hadn't) and they fit us in the day our parts arrived and got our furnace working again. The owner is very good in communicating and explaining what is to be expected. I am thrilled with the service we received and will continue to use this local based company.

  I have had two experiences with this company. I have a home warranty and have filed two plumbing related claims. For the first claim, they scheduled an appointment to come out and never did and never returned my calls. I ended up fixing the problem myself. For the second claim, I received a notice that an appointment had been scheduled but I had never spoken to a technician. I called the technician and set up an appointment for the following Monday that he did not show up to or apologize for missing at any point. After 1.5 weeks of waiting for him to contact me I called back. He said we can be there in 20 minutes or we will have schedule another time. I told him to come over. Technicians came over, ran my water for a few minutes and then deemed there was no issue. I had already told them that it is intermittent and still happening but he deemed there was no issue. When I asked him about it, he was rude and condescending. He gave answers that didnt make any sense like there is a slow flow because of the size of the pipes. I have had this house for a year and had no issues up until last month. He gave various other answers that didnt make any sense while maintaining there was no issue. TLDR if they even come to the appointment, they wont help you anyway.

  Our furnace and HVAC system stopped working. Cantrell and his guys came out and diagnosed the problem in under 30 mins. They were courteous and professional. Highly when other contractors could only get us in , in a week.recommend and will request again!
