  I have used ABC Fuel for several years, every year to do routine service on my furnace. I had an issue with my furnace a few days ago. My house was 58 degrees. I called the # on the ABC Fuel sticker on my furnace(that a tech put there by the way)Stating if there was an emergency to call that #. So I did. Well, apparently they will ONLY help you if you have oiled delivery by them, not just your routine maintenance. The lady told me, “You are not “technically a customer” if you don’t get oil delivery from them, it’s policy!” What? Even though They have an account #, my address on file and previous billing history. They could have cared less it’s February, my house was freezing and I have children...because...I don’t get my oil delivered from them. Like most people I shop around for oil for the best price. I was just shocked! It’s the most ridiculous thing I’ve heard. I will NEVER use them EVER!!

  The technician that performed my boiler service was great. He made the repairs effectively and explained everything. He was quick, efficient, clean and he wore a mask which I appreciated greatly.

  If you need fuel oil this is the place. Good service, at a fair price. Set up for a delivery over two days, call in and got help so I didn't have to wait both day, staff very helpful. Will be calling them again.
