  At 1st I left a not so good review,, I'm retracting my 1st comments (review) after Brent contacting me explaining a few things, he came out on a Saturday, and was very pleasant, and gave us a very great option to our need for a hvac unit. AND the best price that we've found.Were in the process of moving fwd. Thank you Brent

  Let me first start of by stating that this is in no way,, shape or form a hate comment...just an informative one for those who actually read reviews before spending money.. My wife and I called and left messages on back to back days to purchase a unit and have it installed (during the week and during business hours). We left our name and phone number and the reason for the call. Im retired military so i have nothing better to do than wait for my phone to ring so we waited. After 3 days of no return call we purchased a 16 seer from another company and will have an install this week. We were not able to get competitive quotes cause only 1 out of 3 companies called us back.
