  Miller Heating and Air is a small business that will remain small because of crappy customer service, at least from my experience. Called 3 times before he finally would return a call. Said he would be here within a couple of days. Waited 3 days before calling a larger, non mom and pop company. This company actually has someone answering the phone. They were over the next day and within a week, I had my brand new heating and air conditioning system. To this day, Miller hasn't called back and has much less money in his pocket because he won't return calls. Mom and pop businesses may charge a little less but most of the time are slow to respond(if they respond at all). Drives me nuts. I'd rather pay a little more to actually get good service.

  Great company. This is one heating and air company you can truly trust. We have used tim many times on personal and rental property. Tim always looks for the best and most cost effective way out.
