  Long story short: I am a young woman who clearly doesn't know anything about HVAC, and rather than trying to rip me off as others have (looking at you, Jacksonville plumbers) these guys are always honest, fast, and reliable. Will never use anyone else for HVAC issues again. These guys are SO GREAT, they deserve many five-star reviews! Our air conditioning went out about a month ago and they came over and fixed it in an hour - had a refrigerant leak. The price of labor per hour was totally reasonable, especially given that they sent 2 guys. The unit stopped working 2 weeks later, and they sent someone over to re-fill the refrigerant (no charge) with the bad news that if it broke again, it meant there was a leak deep in the line and the whole thing would have to be replaced. Of course it did, so they sent us a large estimate for repairs but said they wanted to come back to do an in-depth diagnosis the next day. After 3 hours of labor the next day, they replaced one leaking valve and we are up and running again, for far less than we expected! Very very happy with this service and recommend them highly.
