  These guys installed heat and air in 2 days, very thorough on what size we could go with. They gave us, the homeowner, choices on where to put things so as not to look ugly or be in the way at a later date. They are very knowledgeable, and answer any questions we had, they really keep you in the loop. Very respectful and kind. Couldn't have ask for more. Thank you.

  Our air conditioner stopped working last night, out of the blue. After checking the usual suspects, we called cooks. I almost immediately got a call back from Craig. As it was staying a decent enough temp in our home ( cool night) he said he could make us his first call. And he did. Showed up on time, was very professional and efficient. Our machine is back up and running, in only an hour. Craig was very friendly and informative. I am so glad we chose Cook's too install and maintain our machine! Thank you, so much.

  Bobby was extremely knowledgeable. He worked quickly and had our A.C. up and running quicker than I thought possible. Very polite and professional. Got us a great deal on a maintenance program. 10/10 would use Bobby again!
